During the Lease:

activity will be considered a repudiatory
breach of the lease
11.Tenant will also be responsible for paying any fees due
to the loss of any keys
12.Tenant is not allowed to sub-lease or lease transfer
without written permission from the
Landlord.
13.The landlord may access the premises with at least 24
hours' notice for the purposes of inspection, maintenance.

End of Lease:
14.At the end of the term rented, the unit must be returned
in the same condition as when rented
this includes all inclusions of the unit, as well as the
general condition of the unit.
