The chalet is located on Lake Rognon in the municipality of
Amherst. The lake is approximately an 11-minute drive from
the village of Vendée, where you will find grocery stores,
SAQ (liquor store), butcher, hardware store, and other
shops. The lake is a 25-minute drive from the village of
Amherst, 45 minutes from Mont-Tremblant, and a 2-hour drive
from Montreal.

IMPORTANT: The past owner used to go to the cottage with
his 4 wheeler (ATV). The road stops at approximately 600
meters from the cottage and it is said that he used to park
there and get to the cottage via a trail he had groomed.
